Belgian Chocolate Brownie Cupcake

A small chocolate brownie cake in a cup based on a typical Belgian recipe with imported Belgian chocolate. A little crispy at the top, nice and soft on the inside.

The surface will have some typical cracks, embrace them, they are part of the aesthetic and make each cupcake unique.

Storage

Best stored at room temperature in an airtight container. Can be kept for 3-4 days.

If accidentally stored in a refrigerator or windy conditions the cupcake will dry out and become hard. Warm it up in a microwave for 5-10 seconds and it will become softer again.
